If you requested a telephone consultation, then Dr. Hirz will phone you to set up an appointment for this call, which is much like what occures when you request an appointment at any doctor's office. You will be given the earliest open appointment date and time, which you must keep or you will forfeit any money you paid for this telephone consultation. However, you can cancel any appointment by sending us a cancellation notice 2 days prior to the appointment date, and reschedule it for another day and time by payment of an additional $25.00 fee.
